Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer communications by answering incoming calls and emails to address questions, requests, and issues
  • Consult on customer success by advising users on how to successfully leverage the product based on their unique needs
  • Maintain working product knowledge to act as an expert and ensure all information provided is accurate and strategic
  • Track all customer interactions in the CRM to ensure cross-functional awareness and relationship development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, "above and beyond" customer service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
