Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer communications by answering incoming calls and emails to address questions, requests, and issues
- Consult on customer success by advising users on how to successfully leverage the product based on their unique needs
- Maintain working product knowledge to act as an expert and ensure all information provided is accurate and strategic
- Track all customer interactions in the CRM to ensure cross-functional awareness and relationship development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delivering high-quality, "above and beyond" customer service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
