About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage inbound phone calls from customers, businesses, dealerships, and third parties regarding vehicle loan and lease accounts.
  • Resolve inquiries and handle complaints related to total loss incidents, vehicle damage, titles, interest rates, and end-of-term processes.
  • Provide technical support assistance for the NMAC and IFS websites.
  • Maintain high quality standards by following established call models to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to proactively resolve customer concerns and minimize callbacks.
  • Adhere to strict schedule and adherence guidelines to meet operational targets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required; a BA Degree is preferred.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven knowledge of excellent customer service techniques, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain empathetic when handling difficult situations.
