About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide effective and fast solutions to customers to ensure the best experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve issues
- Offer detailed information regarding product specifications, features, and compatibility
- Collect customer feedback, handle complaints, and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Qualify digital prospects and assign them to the appropriate distributor
- Support distributors and resellers with sales inquiries and promotional information
- Provide information on ongoing promotions, new product launches, and marketing materials
Requirements
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the automotive sector
- Native fluency in Spanish and Catalan
- Minimum B2 level of English for international communication
- Experience in back office roles and administrative tasks
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM or customer service management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
