About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers by identifying their needs and expectations
- Manage customer files including after-sales service, administrative setup, and parcel collection
- Invoice and process payments for services offered at the Service Area
- Promote the use of METRO Reflexe Card and Metro.fr
- Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints (product returns, after-sales issues)
- Organize outbound calling sessions
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and updating of the customer database
Requirements
- Experience in customer relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to work in a dynamic, physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
