Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and service tickets via the BEES CARE platform according to established service standards
• Collaborate closely with distribution and sales teams to effectively support customer requests
• Perform administrative tasks including invoice corrections, delivery tracking, and loyalty program management
• Provide coverage for digital customers not managed by field sales representatives
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement
• Provide occasional support to the head office reception during absences or vacations

Requirements

• College diploma or relevant experience in customer service or retail
• Fluency in both French and English with strong telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Welcoming, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
