Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Identify and assess customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on recurring problems
• Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty by exceeding customer expectations

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience or related role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
