About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries regarding product support, account management, and member-portal navigation for Norton and LifeLock offerings
- Provide light technical support including software downloads and browser navigation assistance
- Use needs-based selling techniques to drive customer education and service expansion
- Resolve member conflict or dissatisfaction to ensure continued loyalty
- Facilitate discussions regarding identity theft concerns and offer appropriate solutions
- Navigate multiple systems quickly to solve customer questions
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 2 years of related customer service experience in a call center environment
- A college degree can be substituted for experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to protect highly confidential and proprietary business information
- Ability to follow all information security policies and practices
