About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help e-commerce customers using multiple assigned channels
  • Manage customer orders
  • Ensure all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed, and efficiently resolved
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve processes
  • Adhere to assigned processes and procedures
  • Update customer database and document activities
  • Report common issues to the support team for further escalation

Requirements

  • Native-level Croatian speaking and writing skills
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • Good computer literacy and skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify information
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented, professional, and thorough
  • EU passport required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with clients and customers is preferred but not mandatory
