About the role
Responsibilities
- Help e-commerce customers using multiple assigned channels
- Manage customer orders
- Ensure all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed, and efficiently resolved
- Proactively suggest ways to improve processes
- Adhere to assigned processes and procedures
- Update customer database and document activities
- Report common issues to the support team for further escalation
Requirements
- Native-level Croatian speaking and writing skills
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Good computer literacy and skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify information
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented, professional, and thorough
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with clients and customers is preferred but not mandatory
