Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide travelers at the Amsterdam FlixBus shop in Sloterdijk Station
• Support passengers with tailored travel options and promote FlixBus products and services
• Coordinate coach departures and arrivals in collaboration with drivers and operations
• Manage ticket sales, refunds, and cash desk responsibilities
• Monitor and report service-impacting issues such as delays or security concerns
• Actively respond to disruptions and assist passengers on-site
• Use digital tools, including apps and tablets, to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, transport, tourism, or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in both English and French
• Proficiency in using digital tools and handling on-site tasks
• Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus
• Ability to work on-site at Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station
• Resilience under pressure and a service-oriented mindset
• Availability for a limited-term position from July 1st to August 31st
