Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Verify and document customer requests accurately in the purchasing and order assignment system.
  • Guide customers regarding product availability, current promotions, services, and store locations.
  • Handle and follow up on service complaints to find prompt solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in telephone customer service or sales.
