Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls to provide high-quality customer service.
- Verify and document customer requests accurately in the purchasing and order assignment system.
- Guide customers regarding product availability, current promotions, services, and store locations.
- Handle and follow up on service complaints to find prompt solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria concluida).
- At least 6 months of experience in telephone customer service or sales.
