Responsibilities

- Encourage positive reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and social media.
- Monitor review platforms and compile weekly performance summaries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on guest issues and support recovery efforts.
- Maintain professional grooming and behavior standards aligned with the brand image.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality or Communication is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, spreadsheets, and mobile applications.
- Ability to handle complaints and collect service feedback using digital tools.
- A friendly, calm, and approachable demeanor with high emotional intelligence.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage stressful situations with poise.
