About the role
Responsibilities
- Determine customer product needs
- Configure products to provide quotations to customers and sales teams
- Price quotations and orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
- Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products and configurations
- Prepare customer bid packages
- Act as internal point of contact for account incoming and outgoing funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in account management or inside sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus and diligence in adhering to standard processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an OEM Manufacturing environment
