About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary face of the branch to facilitate seamless vehicle handovers
- Process rental contracts and manage heavy administrative duties
- Drive branch revenue by offering vehicle upgrades and waivers to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and positively
- Maintain fleet availability and ensure general housekeeping of the branch and vehicles
- Work within a team environment to provide solutions in a high-pressure setting
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid driver’s License (code 08)
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Car Rental
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with car rental industry systems
- Basic knowledge of different vehicle types (automatic and manual)
