About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary face of the branch to facilitate seamless vehicle handovers
  • Process rental contracts and manage heavy administrative duties
  • Drive branch revenue by offering vehicle upgrades and waivers to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and positively
  • Maintain fleet availability and ensure general housekeeping of the branch and vehicles
  • Work within a team environment to provide solutions in a high-pressure setting

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s License (code 08)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Car Rental
  • Own reliable transport
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with car rental industry systems
  • Basic knowledge of different vehicle types (automatic and manual)
