About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer contacts across multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, and chat to resolve inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up on customer interactions with internal departments and external vendors to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to accurately record all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process orders, rebates, and complaints while taking payments for store or website orders.
  • Create performance reports and provide mentoring and feedback to new or recently trained agents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven knowledge of call center operations.
  • Bilingual communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic proficiency with computer software.
  • Strong self-direction and ability to work independently.
