About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts across multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, and chat to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up on customer interactions with internal departments and external vendors to ensure prompt resolution.
- Utilize ticketing systems to accurately record all customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, rebates, and complaints while taking payments for store or website orders.
- Create performance reports and provide mentoring and feedback to new or recently trained agents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proven knowledge of call center operations.
- Bilingual communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic proficiency with computer software.
- Strong self-direction and ability to work independently.
