Customer Service Advisor/Ticket Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket sales, reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Support passenger check-in and coordinate departures and arrivals
• Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and shift closing documentation
• Coordinate with Traffic Control, Operations, and drivers
• Provide friendly, clear, and solution-oriented customer service
• Support promotional activities and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service (retail, tourism, services, or similar)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Basic experience with cash handling and various payment methods
• High school education completed (administrative or commercial background preferred)
• Proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office and reservation systems
• Flexibility to work shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) as required by operations
