Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, prompt customer service to create memorable experiences for users within the campus.
- Act as a key point of contact, offering continuous support and assistance to students and clients.
- Proactively interact with customers to resolve requests and solve issues as needed.
- Manage a high volume of interactions across multiple channels, including calls, chat, WhatsApp, email, and in-person assistance.
- Provide detailed information regarding various products and services offered by the institution.
- Operate internal systems and applications with precision and efficiency.
- Adapt to the fluctuating needs of the campus operation to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or user assistance.
- Proven experience in VIP customer service.
- Pleasant personality with a strong, proactive focus on the customer experience.
