  • Provide detailed information regarding various products and services offered by the institution.
  • Operate internal systems and applications with precision and efficiency.
  • Adapt to the fluctuating needs of the campus operation to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or user assistance.
  • Proven experience in VIP customer service.
  • Pleasant personality with a strong, proactive focus on the customer experience.
