About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve user needs to provide extraordinary experiences through excellent face-to-face and digital service (email and messaging).
- Offer courteous, warm, and professional treatment to all community members.
- Attend to and follow up on requests, questions, concerns, and complaints within established timeframes.
- Ensure the proper functioning of campus spaces by reporting maintenance or cleaning needs to the appropriate areas.
- Coordinate and channel user requests to the correct functional owners, providing full history and context to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain campus coexistence guidelines and ensure wellness standards are met in shared spaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- English proficiency level B2 or higher (essential for interacting with international faculty and researchers).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
