About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in the agency or contact prospects via phone and email
- Listen to client needs to provide tailored insurance advice and quotes
- Manage and develop a client portfolio by selling insurance services and contracts
- Maintain long-term client relationships by updating contracts and adapting coverage to evolving risks
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relations and/or commercial/sales training
- Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation
- Analytical skills to find appropriate solutions for clients
- Team spirit and a drive for achieving challenges
