Responsibilities
- Manage nanny applications and conduct telephone interviews
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews in both English and French
- Manage and support nannies in their roles
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac+2 degree (Associate degree or equivalent)
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable using IT tools
- Autonomous and proactive personality
