Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews for childcare positions
- Assign childcare assignments
- Support childcare providers throughout the duration of their service
- Develop and maintain a pool of childcare providers
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (ideal)
- Experience working with children (animation, childcare sector, etc.)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Positive attitude and team spirit
