Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Raise, allocate, and complete work orders for both planned and reactive works, ensuring all details are accurate and comprehensive
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, monitoring inboxes and providing phone support
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling works, arranging site escorts, and chasing paperwork to meet service level agreements
• Review and update work orders daily to ensure correct information and resolve system issues
• Support Contract Managers with administrative tasks, monitoring performance reports, and providing solutions to improve service delivery

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and strong written abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to obtain CTC Clearance
