About the role
Responsibilities
- Raise, allocate, and complete work orders for both planned and reactive works, ensuring all details are accurate and comprehensive
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, monitoring inboxes and providing phone support
- Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling works, arranging site escorts, and chasing paperwork to meet service level agreements
- Review and update work orders daily to ensure correct information and resolve system issues
- Support Contract Managers with administrative tasks, monitoring performance reports, and providing solutions to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and strong written abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to obtain CTC Clearance
