About the role

Responsibilities

  • Raise, allocate, and complete work orders for reactive works and contract managers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via email and phone
  • Schedule works to engineers or subcontractors and arrange site escorts
  • Coordinate equipment hire as needed
  • Review and complete work order paperwork to ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Support contract managers with performance reporting and system issue resolution

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to obtain CTC Clearance
  • Ability to pass an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check
