About the role
Responsibilities
- Raise, allocate, and complete work orders for reactive works and contract managers
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via email and phone
- Schedule works to engineers or subcontractors and arrange site escorts
- Coordinate equipment hire as needed
- Review and complete work order paperwork to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Support contract managers with performance reporting and system issue resolution
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to obtain CTC Clearance
- Ability to pass an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check
