About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in the agency and contact prospects to identify their needs
- Manage and develop a client portfolio by proposing and selling insurance services and contracts
- Respond to quote requests and client emails promptly
- Update contracts regularly to adapt rates and guarantees to evolving risks
- Act as a key point of contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relations and/or commercial/sales training
- Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation
- Analytical skills to find tailored solutions for clients
- Team spirit combined with a drive for professional challenges
