Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support and follow-up to B2B travel agencies and operators, managing quotes, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Maintain proactive communication with assigned agencies via email, telephone, and digital platforms.
• Manage and update account information within the corporate CRM, including interaction logs and agency status.
• Resolve operational incidents by coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain updated databases of agencies and key contacts.
• Meet service level indicators (SLAs) regarding response times, customer satisfaction, and agency activation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Recent graduate status.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of digital communication platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• General knowledge of the tourism industry and travel agencies is preferred.
