About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the internet
  • Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy to build rapport
  • Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain accurate work by appropriately notating accounts and tracking information in databases
  • Offer additional products or services to customers as required
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services to assist with inquiries

Requirements

  • Fluency in the German language
  • High school diploma
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
