Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support via inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet channels
  • Resolve routine product or service inquiries by clarifying customer requirements
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy to build rapport
  • Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and account notations in call tracking databases
  • Offer additional products or services to customers as appropriate
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Requirements

  • Fluency in Urdu and a B2 level of English
  • Currently located in the UAE (candidates on spouse visa preferred)
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 months of relevant customer service or call center experience
