About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Handle payments and follow checkout procedures
- Create financing files and provide clear information to customers
- Optimize product pickups and suggest accessories
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) and provide personalized support
- Promote loyalty programs to build long-term customer relationships
- Anticipate customer needs and offer tailor-made solutions
