About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle payments and follow checkout procedures
  • Create financing files and provide clear information to customers
  • Optimize product pickups and suggest relevant accessories
  • Manage after-sales service (SAV) by finding suitable solutions
  • Promote loyalty programs to build long-term customer relationships
