About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Handle checkouts and follow payment procedures
- Manage financing files and provide clear information to customers
- Optimize product pickups and suggest relevant accessories
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) and provide personalized solutions
- Promote loyalty programs to build long-term customer relationships
- Anticipate customer needs to offer premium, tailor-made experiences
