Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer queries efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships as a trusted point of contact
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver optimal customer outcomes
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to support retention and service enhancement
- Monitor performance against service standards to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and team performance
- Support customer projects, service rollouts, and business initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills for effective query resolution
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
