About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle claims end-to-end from repair instruction to completion
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, clients, 3rd parties, and repairers
- Use bespoke software and databases to record and maintain claim information
- Manage personal workload to meet KPIs and business targets
- Provide detailed updates to all key stakeholders regarding claim status
- Ensure all SLAs are met and exceeded
Requirements
- Resilient and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle a high volume of daily calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time and workload management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment (desirable)
- Experience in the insurance and claims industry (desirable)
