About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, depots, drivers, and internal departments
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
- Support drivers with delivery queries and resolve operational challenges
- Generate customer quotes and manage requests accurately
- Ensure high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Complete daily reports on time and to company standards
- Adhere to company health and safety policies
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Confidence dealing with various stakeholders including customers and drivers
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
