About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure incoming cases are processed in the case management system
- Manage staff switchboard and answer incoming calls and emails
- Create orders and convey cases via the case management system
- Manage error reports and register workorders for districts
- Perform administrative tasks including invoice checking, crediting, and debt collection handling
- Manage customer admin inbox and register customers in MDM
- Manage layoff and exit activities and register new projects
Requirements
- Swedish language proficiency (B2 or C1 level)
- English language proficiency (B1 level)
- 2-4 years of experience in a related role
- Post-secondary education in finance administration
- Strong computer handling skills
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- European passport required
