About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure incoming cases are processed in the case management system
  • Manage staff switchboard and answer incoming calls and emails
  • Create orders and convey cases via the case management system
  • Manage error reports and register workorders for districts
  • Perform administrative tasks including invoice checking, crediting, and debt collection handling
  • Manage customer admin inbox and register customers in MDM
  • Manage layoff and exit activities and register new projects

Requirements

  • Swedish language proficiency (B2 or C1 level)
  • English language proficiency (B1 level)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related role
  • Post-secondary education in finance administration
  • Strong computer handling skills
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • European passport required
