About the role

Responsibilities

  • Validate that the proper service was performed on the repair and perform aesthetic checks for completed watches and clocks
  • Check individual components to ensure the item is in the same or better condition upon return to the client
  • Ensure all items and components provided by the client are returned according to company policy
  • Prepare client invoices for finished repairs and ensure payment is confirmed and collected
  • Prepare Customs documents (proformas) for international shipments
  • Create system transfers for return components to the main distribution center based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Reconcile repairs from vendors to proper paperwork and manage extended repair timelines
  • Support the team with quality measure audits and assist with inventory processing via systematic data entry
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity objectives while proactively escalating issues regarding missing products

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team spirit with the ability to follow directions, make decisions, and problem-solve
  • 2+ years of experience in a production-based environment preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • College degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Watchmaking knowledge is a plus
