About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer service queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly service and export reports
  • Chase orders and resolve delivery issues
  • Check daily order audits for accuracy
  • Plan parcel traffic orders and necessary communications
  • Plan and communicate export order collections with hauliers
  • Manage special delivery orders and cost control
  • Update customer web-based order confirmation systems
  • Create monthly KPI packs for review meetings
  • Liaise with Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, and Stock Control
  • Maintain client SAP stock system accuracy

Requirements

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office and WMS knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills in a busy environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of warehousing or transport software is advantageous
