About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service queries and requests in a timely manner
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly service and export reports
- Chase orders and resolve delivery issues
- Check daily order audits for accuracy
- Plan parcel traffic orders and necessary communications
- Plan and communicate export order collections with hauliers
- Manage special delivery orders and cost control
- Update customer web-based order confirmation systems
- Create monthly KPI packs for review meetings
- Liaise with Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, and Stock Control
- Maintain client SAP stock system accuracy
Requirements
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office and WMS knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills in a busy environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet business requirements
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehousing or transport software systems
