About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front line response and deal with customer requests
  • Liaise with operational teams and support the CS manager
  • Answer calls for internal and external personnel
  • Resolve customer and client queries and problems
  • Collate accurate information for client KPI packs and internal reporting
  • Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner
  • Check and investigate PODs on the system
  • Chase outstanding PODs from hauliers and depots

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills in a busy environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet business requirements
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
