Customer Service Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing, kitting, and shipping instructions.
• Suggest workflow and process improvements to maximize benefits for both the customer and the company.
• Perform quality reviews for Print Production Specialists to ensure accuracy before production begins.
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and manage production schedules.
• Provide pre-sales support by discussing manufacturing capabilities and requirements with customers.
• Coordinate with internal plants and external vendors to manage components and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Monitor job progress throughout production and ensure final products meet company and customer standards.
• Compile data regarding customer feedback, invoice status, and production forecasts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant administrative or operational support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with computers and software (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Additional education or professional certifications in a relevant field.
