Customer Security Engineer (Pentest)

Responsibilities

• Guide customers end-to-end through their pentests to ensure high-quality engagements and maximum product value.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing questions regarding test setups, scope, and results.
• Validate potential false positives and translate technical findings into actionable remediation steps tailored to customer architectures.
• Collaborate with the AI pentesting team to provide real-world customer insights that improve product accuracy and usability.

Requirements

• Hands-on pentesting experience.
• Proven experience working directly in customer-facing roles.
• Strong technical skills in either application security or infrastructure security.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be both technical and approachable.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar professional security certifications.
