About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pilot and optimize customer satisfaction measurement
  • Participate in the definition of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze results and implement resulting actions
  • Propose and manage new customer experience optimization axes for continuous improvement
  • Mobilize internal services to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Design communication materials for process and tool implementation

Requirements

  • Bac +3/+4/+5 in business school, communication, or equivalent university degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to be proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Previous experience in marketing or project management is appreciated
