About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot and optimize customer satisfaction measurement
- Participate in the definition of customer satisfaction
- Analyze results and implement resulting actions
- Propose and manage new customer experience optimization axes
- Mobilize internal services to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Design communication materials for process and tool adoption
Requirements
- Bac +3/+4/+5 in business school, communication, or equivalent university degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to be proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Previous experience in marketing or project management is appreciated
