Customer Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Sales Support team to deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer parts requirements
• Ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash execution for Aftersales and complex Project Capital Ocean sales
• Act as the Local Pricing Process Owner, managing price lists, discount matrices, and margin security
• Serve as the Installed Base Process Owner to maintain data integrity and leverage insights for growth
• Drive the implementation of new business initiatives, tools, and processes to enhance profitability
• Partner with Business Unit Managers to close key deals and uphold governance and compliance

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• 12-15 years of professional experience
• Lean Sigma certification
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in product handling
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (including material management)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in independent project management and product portfolio handling
• Strong commercial thinking and ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and implement new service sales processes
