Customer Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine service to customers in person, over the phone, and online
• Contribute to positive sales performance through exceptional customer service
• Maintain high standards for showroom presentation and merchandising
• Process stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing items
• Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, teammates, and customers
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive work culture

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work various hours throughout the week, including weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the automotive industry
• General automotive or car knowledge to assist customers with parts and service needs
