About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide genuine service to customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Maintain a strong safety focus for yourself, teammates, and customers
- Contribute to positive sales performance through excellent customer service
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Process stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing items
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive work culture
Requirements
- Flexible availability, particularly Monday through Friday
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
- Retail or automotive industry experience is preferred
- A valid driver's licence is preferred
