About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute profitable selling strategies and manage key relationships at Costco Wholesale
  • Negotiate customer agreements that align with annual operating plans and customer expectations
  • Act as a brand ambassador to the trade, representing the full product range
  • Lead business planning sessions and collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Operations, and Finance
  • Utilize data to uncover insights for engaging activation strategies and shopper engagement
  • Monitor competitive activity at Costco and provide cost-effective recommendations
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including Price and Net Revenue Management
  • Develop new analytical tools and processes to forecast customer action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with Costco or other large-scale customers
  • Proficiency with Circana (IRI), POS data, and Retail Link
  • Experience in Category Management
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on fact-based selling
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • MBA degree
  • Experience engaging and building relationships with senior-level executives
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to mine data for insights and develop strategic conclusions
  • Strong communication skills across oral, written, and digital mediums
