Customer Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and provide friendly, trusted assistance with their banking needs
• Handle a variety of transactions and queries accurately while maintaining security and fairness
• Guide customers through appropriate banking products and digital tools to help them manage money confidently
• Work collaboratively within a busy branch team to deliver excellent service during peak times
• Follow established processes and escalate concerns to protect both customers and the company

Requirements

• Must live within a 45-minute commute of the Luton branch
• Strong people skills with the ability to show patience and empathy
• Digitally savvy and comfortable guiding others through online banking tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and digital interactions
