About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers through in-person branch transactions and telephone enquiries
- Provide digital banking guidance and educate customers on online services
- Handle inbound calls on the savings line during branch closure days
- Build meaningful relationships with customers via their preferred channels
- Solve customer queries and navigate banking and savings regulations
Requirements
- Ability to work within a 45-minute commute of the Leigh branch
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications
- Ability to work Saturdays in Wigan (5 in every 9 Saturdays)
- Commitment to the initial 3-week training period without taking holiday
