About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through in-person branch transactions and telephone enquiries
  • Provide digital banking guidance and educate customers on online services
  • Handle inbound calls on the savings line during branch closure days
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers via their preferred channels
  • Solve customer queries and navigate banking and savings regulations

Requirements

  • Ability to work within a 45-minute commute of the Leigh branch
  • Comfortable using digital tools and applications
  • Ability to work Saturdays in Wigan (5 in every 9 Saturdays)
  • Commitment to the initial 3-week training period without taking holiday
