About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through in-person transactions at the branch counter
  • Handle inbound calls to assist with customer queries and banking needs
  • Educate customers on digital banking services and easier ways to bank
  • Support product applications through digital sales channels
  • Act as a front-line representative to protect and look after our members

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the Stanmore branch within 45 minutes
  • Comfortable using digital tools and applications
  • Available to work on Saturdays
  • Commitment to completing the initial 3-week training period without taking holiday
