About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers through in-person transactions at the branch counter
- Handle inbound calls to assist with customer queries and banking needs
- Educate customers on digital banking services and easier ways to bank
- Support product applications through digital sales channels
- Act as a front-line representative to protect and look after our members
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the Stanmore branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications
- Available to work on Saturdays
- Commitment to completing the initial 3-week training period without taking holiday
