About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service through in-person branch transactions and counter service
- Handle inbound customer calls and address queries through various communication channels
- Support product applications and educate customers on digital banking services
- Act as a gateway for protecting and looking after customers within the branch team
- Complete transactions on the till and assist with digital sales support
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the Harrow branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- Commitment to completing the initial 3-week training period without scheduled holidays
