About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service through in-person branch transactions and counter service
  • Handle inbound customer calls and address queries through various communication channels
  • Support product applications and educate customers on digital banking services
  • Act as a gateway for protecting and looking after customers within the branch team
  • Complete transactions on the till and assist with digital sales support

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the Harrow branch within 45 minutes
  • Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
  • Commitment to completing the initial 3-week training period without scheduled holidays
