About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers through in-person transactions at the branch counter
- Handle inbound calls to assist with customer queries and banking needs
- Educate customers on digital banking services and easier ways to bank
- Assist with product applications through digital sales channels
- Act as a frontline representative to protect and look after our members
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the Winsford branch within 45 minutes
- Comfortable using digital tools and banking applications
- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base
- Commitment to the initial 3-week training period without scheduled holidays
