About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through in-person transactions at the branch counter
  • Handle inbound calls to assist with customer queries and banking needs
  • Educate customers on digital banking services and easier ways to bank
  • Assist with product applications through digital sales channels
  • Act as a frontline representative to protect and look after our members

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to the Winsford branch within 45 minutes
  • Comfortable using digital tools and banking applications
  • Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base
  • Commitment to the initial 3-week training period without scheduled holidays
